I wasn't aware I was in a Man City/Chelsea forum. Seriously, lets not forget who we are here. Our transfer business has been amazing, but we do not have unlimited supplies of cash and Arsenal is still an attractive club with 16 straight years of Champions League appearances. Let's not act like those nouveau rich pricks in blue, we're better than that.

He's pretty fantastic, yeah. Creative, finishing, still developing in terms of his frame and he's already producing at a very good rate. I kind of hope he stays at Schalke because I want to see what he does with a whole season as The Guy for them. But, Draxler-Eriksen-Lamela is other worldly.

Well, Gotze, in his age 19 season where he had 17 appearances scored 6 goals and had 5 assists in league play.

On the other hand, last season, Draxler in 30 appearances had 10 goals and 4 assists in league play.

They are a bit different in my mind. Draxler is incredibly well-rounded but I don't believe he's the type of consistent incisive passer that Gotze is but Draxler offers incredible scoring ability and classy finishing for a player so young. He could honestly be a 20-25 goal a season winger/attacking midfielder in the future. He can be as good as he wants to be, basically.
