Apparently he looked pissed off for being subbed, and didn't give Ramos a hug. Zing!
Obviously, we're not out of the press speculation frenzy just yet, what with Juande being a bit new. Ultimately, just because Keano hugged Ramos and the other subs didn't means jack shit, but there have been signs of prima donna behaviour from some of the players this season. If Kaboul did or does kick up a stink for being subbed, I see this as an ideal opportunity for Ramos to impose his authority on the dressing room, because one of the first things that needs to be sorted is the players' attitudes.
It was obvious that they wanted to show Juande what they could do tonight, but that's temporary. In the long term he will have to show them who's boss. Apparently, he doesn't accept uppity behaviour from the players and it will be interesting to see who gets the sharp end of his tongue in the coming weeks.
