After last night's performance against Lazio, they might well need to think more about their defence than attacking players for the moment
Generally from their transfer window, they need defenders and a central midfielder, that's showing. But big teams like collecting attacking talent no matter what, especially when a relatively cheap opportunity comes up.

My take on the situation is this, Juve are only half interested, having already added Bernadeschi and Douglas Costa, to the vast array of attacking options they already have. I think they were just hedging their bets incase Barca came sniffing round Dybala.
It all seems to have gone a bit quiet since Barca's interest in Coutinho has gone so hot.
Are Juve just keeping him on the hook just incase, using the knowledge that he wants them, but not going so far as making a serious offer to Lazio.
If they don't firm up their interest before the window closes, he could come back into the mix for us.
Lazio may threaten to freeze him out if he doesn't sign up, or accept another club's offer. Maybe they won't, but it could be possible. It's a similar situation to us, Everton and Barkley, only Everton have said from the off they're selling, they will not keep him, but don't seem concerned who they sell to, whereas Lazio seem reluctant to sell to Juve.

Honestly, if the player doesn't want to be here, we shouldn't sign him. If he's rejected us then Poch won't want him either. He wants players who will die for the cause

This is a dream world. I don't think it really works like this as much as we wish it would. We have a player openly expressing their discontent, but i'm pretty sure if they work and give 100% on the pitch, Poch would be happy.

If we only wanted to sign players that wanted Tottenham and only Tottenham we wouldn't be left with too many options. (Granted it does seem we are starting to improve on that front due to the Poch-factor).

I have no idea why he's so set on going there in the first place as it's very likely he'll never see the pitch.

Juve simply have too many players who play in his position who they appear to be higher on.

They've got all the ones who played last year. Pjaca who barely played due to injury, but likely will now. Then they've bought Bernardeschi and Douglas Costa.

Ego - he's gonna go there thinking he's better than all the above

We have N'Koudou and Edwards in sight so unless he is an Eriksen type of player we can pass.

One things for sure we do not need to get desperate LAG and sign for sake.

There's a rumour that Draxler isn't happy about his situation at PSG and that Juventus is interested in buying him. If this is true, Juve will probably not go for Keita Balde Diao (they play in the same position).

The german newspaper Bild said this. I think they're pretty reliable when it comes transfer news of german players.

I doubt PSG would sell him after one season and I doubt he would push through a move, at least until Jan. They would also probably ask for a lot, more then Juve would pay. It is crazy tho, PSG are an absolute joke.
