He has done some specifically nasty stuff but for safety reasons I won't comment on those directly.
He has promised Jamaican kids trials at European clubs and had them pay him large sums of money only to get to Europe and all they had was a stay at a hostel and stadium tour. Know at least two guys who personally experienced this. Also very big on nepotism and uses Bailey who is his adopted son to put pressure on clubs and Jamaican FA to provide opportunities to his infinitely less talented biological son.
