Can't see him being available for the right price when they have just got the Havertz windfall.

Will we pull the trigger?? I don't think so based on our other target that yet to be materialised.

Forgive me here but we don't have much money and already have a right winger playing as an inside forward with bejwign on the bench?

We need a striker and maybe another playmaker and left back. Why spend money on this chap?

Not saying we would but just doesn't make sense to me

He’s one on the “Bergwijn List” of talented players who, if they were made available at the right price, the club is keeping a very close eye on.

In that case, I can see us attempting to Bring him in around deadline day when the Bale deal inevitably collapses.

Every single link to a player has a paragraph that says we’re interested, but the price would have to come way down to make it plausible.

That's because we'll wait to see who's price will come down the most playing chicken up until the deadline.

It's the way Levy rolls every season which flies in the face of which player would be best suited to what we need.

Yeah I know. It just makes me chuckle now when I read it.

Not what we need and I don't think hes that good, plus all his facial features seem to occupy the middle 10% of his face, I think his hair gives this illusion.... Its a no from me.

This would be such a fucking stupid transfer, it would also be an indication for me that we're not listening to the managers targets because we've been linked with Bailey forever.

We're already struggling to fit Bergwijn in because we want Mouras defensive rate. The way we're playing already is devoid of creative players, why the fuck would we add another winger who isn't called Bale.

7 in 33 no thanks? He’s a winger and a rapid one at that, not a bloody striker

hence why I said it’s not what we need. We need another striker, preferably one with a goal scoring rate better than 1 every 4.5 games.

This guy won’t dislodge Sonny either, so at best he would be a back up Left forward.

The signing makes such little sense that I expect he will be here by the end of the week.

If we signed he would play instead of Moura not Son.

Yep and in the meantime we either risk getting knocked out of winnable competitions or flog our talisman. But if we save £3m it’s totally worth it right.

The right price being £2.50 and a reach around.

oh good, so we would have Bailey, Son, Lamela, Bergwijn, Moura and Sessegnon all capable of playing the same role but only one target man.

It really doesn’t matter how you look at it, it is a completely unnecessary signing and not what we need.

We keep getting linked to wide players despite no one being linked to our wide players.

Whats the difference between him and Bergwijn really?

Bailey is more direct.
