Are you looking for a job as a mod on COYS
Fuck being a mod. That's like work without pay. My days of volunteer work are over.

I wouldn't have a problem if he was fired, just don't think he should be.Speaking with my employment lawyer hat on, it's clearly a sackable offence (it's gross misconduct). Having said that, he may well not even be employed by Sky, it may be a contractor/PSC arrangement.
Well how about being spat at or being in the middle in a multi car pile up? Carragher was a dick, the driver of the other car was far worse imo. As someone else said, plenty of idiots drive and use their phone whilst driving . It's another level of moronic to start filming someone through the passenger window though, and stupider still to then send the footage off to the Mirror.
Spitting isn't disgusting, people do it all the time as it's a natural reaction to a build-up of fluid in the mouth. Spitting at people is disgusting. However, Carragher was spitting at a car. It was an emotional response, on the back of bitter disappointment, to being trolled whilst driving. I severely doubt he'd have reacted the same to someone in the street calling out: "Hey, Jamie...unlucky lad, 2-1."Spitting is disgusting and there is just no excuse for it.
Especially if it was at a 14 year old girl, no matter what the verbal provocation.
He should be fired.
If he’d have just mouthed obscenities back a suspension / final warning would have been enough but spitting is a big no no.
Too easy in this country otherwise to do something really stupid then remorsefully apologise afterwards.
RAWK are having a whip round as we speak, they've just ordered the t-shirts.....
Spitting isn't disgusting
Wind yer neck in. He didn't spit in a girl's face. He spat at a car. Using a mobile whilst driving is also an actual offence that has caused deaths. No one ever died from being spat at. No cars ever dissolved or suffered serious harm from saliva. What do you think is more common: a person using there phone whilst driving or a sky sports pundit spitting in a girls face?
It isn't a case of whataboutisms, as they are both wrong. The driver should get 6 points and a fine, Carragher should get sacked.
It really isn't. You're telling me you've never spat out saliva, because that sounds like serious BS.Yes, it really is.

Also, don't pick out a few words but show the whole sentence as you're attacking a straw man.
Which makes you as big a dick as that bloke and Carragher.I'll do what I like thanks.
Spitting at someone is an actual offence. It's an assault. You are arguing a hypothetical. The car didn't crash. Yes he was reckless filming it but nothing happened.Wind yer neck in. He didn't spit in a girl's face. He spat at a car. The former is also an actual offence that has caused deaths. No one ever died from being spat at. No cars ever dissolved or suffered serious harm from saliva.

What makes it worse was his daughter in the passenger seat too. Arguably as shameful from him if you ask me.Why is more not being made of the fact that the driver is driving down a duel carriage way whilst shouting out of his passenger side window at another motorist, and filming it all on his mobile phone?
I know. I've read a lot of them on here.I have a shit most days. Doesn't mean they aren't disgusting or i should do it on a car.
Unless I'm missing something won't this guy get done for dangerous driving? Surely filming a conversation on a phone whilst driving is an offence?
