I was talking to a guy last night whose Grandson is in West Hams academy. He's 11-12 & is amazing apparantly. He said when he saw his boy play at Spurs he was literally blown away by the difference between the academies. He liken it to Park Lane in Mayfair & Brick Lane in the East End. He also alluded to the fact that apparantly we are investing £40 million on our academy next year, Man City £38 mil, Arse £30 mil etc...& he's been told West Ham are investing £3mil next year. He recons that won't even pay for them to replace the porta cabins!
