Well how else are they going to get players to sign for them? Their state of the art training facilities?

They seriously had an all cars parked at their own risk sign at their old training ground? :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

You’d think they could pay for some security given how expensive a lot of the players cars are gonna be!

If they pay comparable amounts to what we pay, it doesn't speak volumes for our ambition to keep our best players, does it?

It doesn't say anything about our ambition. As has been shown time and time again, our wage bill to turnover ratio is well within normal range and in fact is higher than some of the big spending clubs. Spending more on wages now would be a bad business decision, as unpopular as that is to say.

All that shows about West Ham is how spectacularly badly run they are. Their turnover is nowhere near ours, and yet they pay the same amount of money as we do. It's that sort of thing that results in clubs doing a Leeds, especially given that they don't actually own anything as well.

You do realise some poor sod has to lug that back to the Olympic stadium every match, otherwise they'll have a gap missing where the long jump goes!
