I don't think I'd like Arsenal to be relegated simply because we wouldn't get to experience the NLD every year. But yeah, this fake rivalry between us and West Ham, that they have created, can get to fuck. I hope they go down this year, I can't stand playing them every season cos of their mouthy fans

Come on, they won the World Cup and defeated the nazis, nothings fake with them.....

They've met with Pelligrini's representatives but apparantly the former Man City manager wants too much money

Anyone know anything about this Fonseca? Had never heard of him despite Shaktar's win against City, but he sounds like he's done well over there.

They have a proud history, won loads of trophies with managers i've never heard of.

They’re a joke, Moyes saves them pretty comfortably but Brady and co think can find somebody better?

From what I've read Moyes wasn't interested in the job anyway.

This is him....

They're probably our next biggest rivals after Arsenal. I'd say Arsenal is our main rival then West Ham and/or Chelsea. They haven't made it up, we've just pulled so far ahead of them over the past 10 years that they've become less relevant to us now. There's always been a rivalry between us and West Ham though going back decades, if not longer

Moyes worked brilliantly at Everton on a tiny budget, got them in the top 4 etc...wtf are the irons doing? Hope the next manager is a weapon & they sink, get a made up rivalry with Charlton for a decade or 2. Bubble blowing wankers

Within 10 days they reckon.....I wonder who'll be the fall guy. Shame Pearce had to go too, always had a soft spot for him.
I liked him as a player, can't stand him as a pundit...he'll be back on the telly/radio talking nonsense again which is a shame.

You sound like a West Ham fan...the owners expect all this 'next level' bollocks without any long term planning and without wanting to spend any money.
What??? No long term planning? Got a fantastic stadium on a 99 year lease...

There's rumours that Fonseca has turned them down. Apparently they're after Emery now. Not sure if it's Unai or Dick though.

Ian Abrahams on TalkSport (ref. Benitez possibly going to West Ham) is trying to suggest that West Ham are bigger than Newcastle because they are in London and they have won trophies more recently. Well, being in London might make them a bigger draw but not a 'bigger club' and yeah, they have won trophies more recently but 'more recently' is pretty humourous as neither club have won anything for donkey's.

Would be a perfect Manager for them but I can’t see him taking the job without cast iron guarantees on player purchases. Without those guarantees he may as well stay at the barcodes and continue to be stitched up by them rather than the spammers.
