Let's All Laugh At... Let's all wonder what's going on at United?

On 6th November, Manchester United beat Swansea to go 6th.

This round of fixtures finishes on 6th March, when Manchester United will be 6th following their draw with Bournemouth.

Between 6th November and 6th March, Manchester United have never gone above, nor fallen below 6th place.

6th sense anyone?

Oh, and to fully engage cynic mode, why is it that this season has suddenly seen the media start banging on about the 'big six'? You can bet your bottom dollar that if we were sixth, it would be 'top five' this and 'big five' that... :shifty:

Playing on a potato field in Russia just about sums up the Europa League. Hope we go nowhere near it again for a decade at least. I'm looking forward to seeing Arsenal join Man Utd in learning what Europa League purgatory is next season. They'll be stuck in it for years hopefully.

We really want Man U to get the semi finals as the 2nd leg will be the Thursday before our last home game at WHL, so hopefully they'll have had another long trip before that game.

Maureen is concerned about injuries due to poor pitch, tiredness due to length of trip and complaining about the timing.

The most excIting thing about this game is that there's a man who looks like Ric Flair sitting next to me in the pub.

with Rooney out, they have no recognised striker for the game against Chelsea.

when a reporter asked about promoting a striker from the under 23 team managed by Nicky butt, Jose said no as man utd are too big.

great endorsement of their academy, if I were a trainee I would be looking to jump ship to a team where they play young talent.

Pretty much sums up what they have lost.

Ferguson regularly promoted academy players. Most didn't make the grade as it is very hard to get players to their level but many became decent squad members and a culture was built at the club.

Since they've tried achieving everything through the transfer market they've become also-rans.
