I'd be quite happy if he's their Pogba replacement and they spend the rest of the cash on Maguire. Hardly strengthening the squad.
Lemina for Pogba..
I know people usually laugh about us replacing Bale with Chadli and whatever but United replaced Cristiano Ronaldo with Michael Owen and Gabriel Obertan. They aren't very good with the whole replacing players either.
Nah no way Juve could justify his expense they are utterly stacked at CM, even adding 2 new players this month.
I see Pogba has started his little rebellion, returns to the club days later than he is due and turn s up to the airport not wearing what the rest of the team are like Ole requested. He's a quality player but his attitude is simply rotten.
TBF Ronaldo is irreplaceable. United has money, their problem is they are a Europa league side with an inexperienced coach.
perhaps but in the next 4 years the finished 1st twice and second twice and won 3 domestic cups and got to the CL finals once. And then Ferguson retired.Yeah but they didn't really try. It's comparable to Campbell and Berbatov.

He does seem to have a right rotten attitude doesn't he!
Has a VERY smackable face too!
Solskjaer is perfect for their deluded fan base. Time has move on mate.
Substitute Newcastle for Palace, Leicester, Bournemouth or any other PL club and it works just as well.“We are Newcastle United, we don’t have to sell players: can you pay?”
Why are Man Utd only trying to buy English players? Don't they have any homegrown youth coming through they can nurture into the first team?
I've heard it said by a few people that the academy has been left to fall by the wayside a bit since SAF left, and even in his latter days too it was in decline. Also I think their academy is often quite overhyped and they still dine out a little bit on the "aura" of the whole class of 92 stuff even though that was a bit of a one-off stroke of luck in large part.
Remember that beckham started with us and giggs started with city.
Right. But even still, there's no doubt that the Class of 92 is a big accomplishment and fair play to them for that. My issue is that I think they're still dining out on that one-off miracle generation and using it to perpetuate the idea that that's something they do every couple of years but in reality the academy isn't meant to be anything to write home about any more. I'm no expert by any means, that's just what I hear from Utd supporting mates and a few journos and the like in recent years have alluded to the academy being left to decline a lot since SAF left and even towards the end of his time.
