My eyes have seen the Glory of a cup at White Hart Lane
But the cabinet is empty at the Emirates again
Arsene's boys are runners-up to Juande Ramos' men
As the Spurs go marching on!

Adeybiro dancing and gesticulating to the travelling Goons, giving it large then 60 seconds later the Gerrard peno.

Priceless.

Covering it all up by "the referee". Obviously they didn't see Ryan Babel's goal.

I assume your post means Clive Tilsley must've said something similar to what I said but it's a coincidence cause I watched the match on RTE here in Ireland. Still a fantastic way to begin your career in another country though.

This will hurt Arsenal. Badly. As Liberty said a trip to Arsenal Mania might be on the cards.

Just to update the "last 12 games record" I mentioned earlier.

Out of the last twelve games played our stats are:

SCORED: 14
CONCEDED: 18

Hate to think how s**t that record will be when we play Man Utd, I fully expect us to break the 20 barrier.

-----

Baffled, cant f****g believe it.

This team is useless, f****g useless.

-----

Well quite a big failure for the team. We're out of all cup competitions and the league is out of our hands as well, another failure for the squad.

These guys dont have the winning mentality, they just suck mentally and thats where we are short. No shortage of talent, just a lack of mental discipline and oh Almunia should be relegated to his backup role, we need a f****g world class goalie.

-----

Stop blaming the referee's.

They ****ed us at Birmingham, they ****ed us many matches since, but there comes a point where you can't blame them for everything.

We should NEVER have ended up where we are now, no matter how awful the referee's are, how much they give our opponents and how little they give us.

Our team is at fault, our squad is at fault and our manager is at fault.

I would love to stand up and blame referee's for everything, but we should have been in the driving seat long before the ref can change a game.

-----

That was a dive by babel, but Kolo shouldn't have put himself in that position, he was running into some other Arsenal players, so there was no reason to start f****g humping him, especially not in the box and not at that score and time ffs

-----

The defense is full of shitbags. Touré, Gallas, Senderos, Almunia,

dickheads.

No wonder wenger was pissed off. f****g fine them for two weeks.

-----

I love wallowing in their misery.

One thing I will say is that penalty that Liverpool got could only happen at one of two stadiums, The Kop end at Anfield and either end of Old Trafford. Not that I care

You forgot the Park Lane at White Hart Lane.

Oh. Wait. No you didn't. :-(

Lousy bias.

"What a player. 29 goals in his first season in English football. Michael Owen never scored that many"

Thats practically word for word what CT said.

watching a few highlights of the Blues game - there really isn't any atmosphere at that place at all.

Even when Essien beat two guys to take the ball into the area, right in front of a full bank of blue shirted fans, they stayed completely static and silent. Plays the ball in, not a sound. Ball goes in the net, the place erupts. Ball is placed on the circle and the game restarts, crowd falls silent again.

wtf?

edit: dunno why i posted this in this thread, completely off topic, i just got chatting and ended up in here... :shifty:

Sooo, what about them reds, eh? *cough*

Did you see the last kick of the game nearly went in for Liverpool too

If there is a god he'll make Arse go on a losing roll until they get 5th, then Pompey win the FA Cup and only come 6th so Arse don't get into either CL or Uefa . (is this possible or am I just getting too excited?)
