We've been crushed by referees. The true score here is we've scored 4, they have scored merely 3. We have 2 away goals. They have 1.

That is the truth.

They wouldn't have scored that goal if they didn't get a penalty which isn't actually a fair penalty gifted to them, and we deserved Hleb's penalty and Kuyt should be redcarded and suspended.

That is deserved.

We haven't deserved any of it. This season has been ruined by referees. It isn't easy to have decent morale when the referees destroy your season, which is what has happened since Birmingham.

I thought it was going to be a bore fest. How wrong was I.

I didn't turn over until the game had been playing for 65 mins, then it all kicked off!!

I saw Torres' rocket of a goal, then Adebeyors miss, then Walcotts run... (what a fucking run though!!), Ade's goal, I though ah fuck it... went to turn over to the Chelsea game and then Babel brought down in the box!

I thought Gerrard was going to miss though, but glad Liverpool won.

Although, I contradict my earlier post, because this kind of thing does make the Champions League more like a European League rather than a champions league.

Liverpool don't exactly go out to win the title - okay I';m sure they try, but their target is to qualify for the CL. Arsenal are actually trying to win the league, or at least were.

Liverpool have more strength in depth and have been able to rest players (like the AC Milan/Liverpool game the other year, when both teams sent out 2nd string teams in the league)...

Not exactly champions really.

But I'd love to see SPurs in the tourny at some point, and 4th position will be easier to break than 3rd position!!!
