Most goals from set pieces in the league so far, don't think we should be changing anything.

Probably because nobody expected it to be necessary to be there. o_O
I hate corners. Shite concept.

the thing is Eriksen has a good whip on some of his free kicks, yet ever since the Watford game (Ben Watson) we have been taking out-swingers, and still not working. biggest shock is we have scored from 3-4 of them

I blame the slopes in the corners and a fraction too close not allowing a steady run up

Also the ones at WHL muddy and looks like kicking off glass

Bloke behind me at the last home game shouted "get it in the mixer" and I thought I'd stepped back in time , did make me smile.

Freekicks are not our issue. However, throwings = :banghead: :banghead:

Why, almost every time we have one, is it just lobbed down the bloody line, in hope that someone is able to flick it on, mostly to someone wearing an opposition shirt?

One of the most frustrating things we do, in my opinion, apart from Eriksen's corners, but that's a whole different subject :wtf:

As others have said we're one of, if not the highest scorers from set pieces this season. The frustration with corners not beating the first man is legitimate, but it's those deliveries that we've scored off too. By mixing it up and playing some short and some into the box we keep defenders guessing and unable to be sure what exactly we're going to do.

Since the Premier League started, the statistics says it takes 48 corners to score 1 goal. I read it in a book about PL statistics.

Talking about lumping it into the box (not via a free-kick, but in general play), I wish Walker could lump it in whilst keeping stride. He always seems to stop the ball, take a step back and then try to cross it. It then usually hits the defender that has had the chance to close him down because of the time it has taken him. It's quite weird.

That's because Walker can't cross to save his life!
