Big group of us flying from stansted to marseille today, spending the night out in marseille tonight then train to Lyon tomorrow morning meet up with loads more pals will post when I know exactly where we meeting

Just spent a couple of days in a small town close to Marseille with a friend, going to Lyon in a few hours. Only 1h 40m from Marseille to Lyon, looks like this country isnt as big as I suspected. Meeting up with ERO tomorrow, so I'm going solo tonight. Looks like it wont be a big problem meeting other Spurs-fans in the english pubs around in Lyon. Seems like lots of them are gathered in the same areas aswell

Prior to the news tonight I would have said Lyon is possibly one of the least dangerous places to be watching Spurs away. I still think it's pretty un dangerous.

I would have thought so too, I go to Lyon often, and always thought of it as a very bourgeois place...sort of the antithesis of dangerous. But apparently attacking spurs fans in now the in thing for the fachos around Europe...
