Dembele.jpg

Ousamane Dembele on a loan with view to buy and Grealish in and I'd shut up shop right now until Newcastle away. Sold!!!

I think if we actually wanted to push the boat out and make a statement, we could outright buy the kid - he's obviously not rated at Barca

Going to set up back about £100m though. I can't see Levy going for that unless he's shown he can do it in the Prem. Actually I can't even see Levy spending that even if he was tried and tested in the Prem so I fancy a loan with a view to buy would be the only thing our bald headed one would throw on the table should it be an option

I reckon Barca will keep Dembele regardless of Malcom coming in. Big clubs need big squads.

Hopefully the goons loan was just their fans putting 2 and 2 together and getting 17. (Lichtensteiner's brother is Dembele's agent and Gooners think he was signed to get priority on a dembele loan).

I would imagine Malcom going there might mean they've given up on Willian after 3 failed bids.

Shame, I was hoping Chelsea would get plundered of all their best players this summer.

Still may happen.

Mourinho luvs Willian and manure have the cash. I just hope they don't send Martial the other way.

Only way I see it is it's an attacker for an attacker, like Sanchez-Mkhi. Would be strange though considering their stance with us.

If Jose rates Willian and knows all he has to do is wait 12 months to get Alderweireld regardless of us wanting to deal with them he may see Martial as a better bargaining chip used in the direction of the oil Barron's than our lot. He could also do with a strong right sided attacking threat and his defence was pretty sound last year even if it had the. likes of Jones, Lindelof and Rojo in it. If he'd rather Willian over Alderweireld this window I would understand his reasons for doing so

Although by all accounts Jose seems happy for Martial to go wherever, its the Utd board that want to sell outside the PL. The same board also consider Willian too old apparently. Your argument makes sense however.

My view on Jose is that he doesn’t care about targets for the 2019/2020 season in the slightest. He only worries about building the best possible team to win this coming season. It’s the club’s job to back him next summer whenever he asks for new toys then. How much such short-sightedness costs the club is utterly irrelevant to him.

Wasn’t it Everton last week? Barcelona - wow. Great move for the lad. Hope we picked well when we decided on Moura !

He's gone from being close to a move to Tottenham to playing shit for Bordeaux, to people thinking his stock had fallen so much so that he was on the cusp of signing for Everton, to missing a flight to sign for Roma to signing for Barcelona.

Makes you wonder what the hell happens behind the scenes at clubs. Crazy shit going on all over
