How could we play so badly and come away with a draw away to Man City, have to take pleasure from that. Plus Lloris gave them two goals even if they should have scored beforehand, but they didn't.

It was horrible viewing for 94 minutes but I'm feeling pretty damn happy right now.

We were lucky. Not having the pen given evened out the foul just before we gifted them the 1st I think.
And the fact that if it doesn't come off the guy's elbow (which was away from his body) it would never have been a goal.

All things considered, very happy with a point, we didn't show up first half, Kane and Alli were anonymous, but credit to Poch he changed shape twice, each time helping us.

You can say Walker was silly, but he got away with it, and we could easily have been 3-1 at that point with little/no way back.

pure guts by Spurs - very proud. I dont care about the non-call on Walker - Sane handled the ball for City's first and Wanyama was mugged to spring their second.

First time I've felt guilt and slightly embarrassed to see us take points from a game. Credit to the lads for stepping up when I was fearing a thrashing, but we should have lost that by at least five. We were baffling inept for the entire 90 minutes.

Not sure how we got a point from that, but I am glad we had a huge slice of luck. Expected man city to play well tonight after that embarrassment at Everton.

I do think Walker might get a retrospective red card and maybe a 3 game ban... But if one point is the difference at the end of the season, that just might be worth it.

I thought you could only get retrospective bans for violent conduct? The ref witnessed it and made the decision.

4 points from city, would of snatched that before the season kicked off.
Crap performance, great result, bonkers game.

Basically this was a bad day at the office as far as the quality of our play was concerned.

And yet, the result of that is a draw away to the team tipped as clear title favourites at the start of the season, who were very much on form. I can live with that, and if we can push on then this result will be looked back on as a huge point.

We are going to finish this season with 70-80 points most likely, and none will feel any better than that. What a result in the context.

I applaud the team, Poch and supporters. For once, he changed it at HT, taking off Wimmer, moving Dier into midfield, and bringing on Son. His substitutions today were excellent. Winks has to play every week. Compare their squad to ours, well done. Yeh, it was a pen, but so what.
