About as likely as Jessica Alba turning up at my place in a French maid outfit and me saying "sorry love...I'm perfecting my tofu and cucumber recipe".

Out of interest which prospect would you prefer, us signing Gotze or you getting tofu and cucumber to work together in exquisite harmony?

Yeah, this aint happening unless he takes a huge paycut. More likely that Liverpool would offer him what he wants. Can't say I'm that fussed, Sahin all over again, even if he is a bit better and less injured.

Excellent player on his day. Has that David silva magic with the ball at his feet. Possible left winger cutting in?

Would be a real signing of intent and raise us for champions league

He's lazy and has doesn't seem particularly robust mentally, he is capable of a moment of magic but just doesn't fit into the Poch philosophy.

He played a big part in Dortmund's 'heavy metal' football. He isn't lazy, he needs a hug.

He'd be a perfect fit.

Probably one of those occasions where our purported "interest" is being used to drive up the transfer fee elsewhere; although we are due a VDV moment. ;)

According to Bild, we are frontrunners along with Borussia Dortmund for Mario Gotze.

This would be incredible, but I'm not going to get my hopes up.

Lufti- translate the article please mate :)

What will become of Mario Götze (24)?

Before EM had declared their intention to remain at Bayern.

Germany is getting out of the EM! In the semifinals, there is a 0: 2 against hosts France. The sheet music for the German players.

Now it looks apparently different.

BILD learned: In Nationelf Circle Idol chatted out that he Munich will leave yet. The only question is in which direction.

Track number 1: BVB! A return to Dortmund is still there, even if the subject is not too hot now.

AFTER BITTER EM FROMthe arrival of the DFB-Elf
Track number 2: The hotter! It should have been in recent days, contacts with Tottenham Hotspur. The London games in league-third in the Champions League.

He's a good player, but, for me, lacks that little turn of pace to be really special. Don't see how he and Eriksen would fit in the same team together.

On the other hand it would be hilarious for the reaction of Liverpool fans.

He is lazy though...put on weight in 2 years. Doesn't train hard enough in the eyes of Guardiola. If he continues that streak he won't get any sympathy from Pochettino.

So question is , why would we take a such a risk on him , especially with his wages & fee.

Anyway , this is no go given our transfer policy...

I wonder what time Lyall will tell us there's no interest- I'm going for 9:37 in the morning.
