It's funny, 'cos 'Arry has again been quoted as saying that the 3 players he wants would cost a combined £9 million.

Either this is a smokescreen, so that clubs can't up prices and try and steal our players for a pittance, or someone seriously has their wires crossed.

I think we can all dream on , because i do not see Harry going after the Ozil ,Turan, Dzeko that we would all like to be after. But players that have played in the prem before ie Richards,Parker,C Davies, players that i think do not add anythink to our squad.

Lassana Diarra, Flamini and Muntari would all be better/younger and cheaper options than Parker in the long run. With Real Madrid signing Sami Khedira (sp) today surely one of L.Diarra, VDV, M.Diarra or Gago would be surplus to requirements dont you think. everyone of them would be a great option in our squad.

Would Real see us as significant in any way to their ability to sign Ozil?

If his signing makes other players surplus to their requirments and we can bid and sign them great, but I doubt Real will look to us to aid their quest to sign a player and reward us for our help in the matter.

No but we could drive the price up for Oezil. You also have to consider that we're apparently offering Giovani, which Breman could prefer because he would be a straight replacement for Oezil. 1 less club in for Oezil could help Real Madrid get a better deal aswell.
