Mills and Barcham?

I was wondering if anyone knows how these two are getting on at Gillingham, I live abroad and saw that they both scored at the weekend in a 2-0 victory. I was hoping that Mills was going to be a good centre half, I still remember all the uproar when we pinched him from Swindon at the age of 15.

Any info would be great the spurs website doesn't seem to do an update report anymore as in previous seasons.
