I don't know why you think trying to sign either would be so difficult. I think it could be done and they certainly fit the profile
Because one plays for Dortmund, and the other plays for a CL team.
Dortmund aren't thhe team they were a couple of seasons ago. Like us they are in the EL and still have to go through qualifiers. Bayer L are not the biggest team and I'd say about a similar size to Ajax. We've managed to get Vertonghen and Eriksen two of their best players in the last couple of years without CL whilst their team had qualified. London, wages and being one of the top teams in the PL has its benefits.
I'd be fine with either, as long as Sven is/can get over his recent injury. Both would be perfect fits IMO. Right mentality and footballing attributes. Both would be excellent partners for either Nabil or Mason.
My guess is Kramer and one of the Bender twins. Could be wrong though. Bender twins seem perfect.
