I think we will be back in the hunt for brazilian winger Nene, after an article I read ( I can't find it now). The article said that he had a price tag of about £3.4mill, and it could well be a reasonable fee for him.

Mido has previously played for Celta Vigo, and maybe they will be in for Mido again, and an exchange could be on the cards?

I think this could be a surprise signing by Comolli, after being linked with him previously. He has not been mensioned reasently, but suddenly they could wrap up a deal.

It is just a thought, but I belive it could be something in this.

Have you heared anything?

after we were linked with him in january i watched him a couple of times but got bored with him and celta so ended up switching off, from what i saw he is in no way good enough to solve our left wing problem, if he was 17 i would say it might be good as he has time to improve but at 26 this is prob as good as he will get. i would rather have harry kewell than nene and i dont like kewell.

could scouting management not recommend anyone for our left wing?

I did exactly the same thing. Also, he really did look to weak for the Prem. I get annoyed when people go on about players not being physical enough, as it it usually nonsense, but in this case I think it is true.

SK, as concerns Mido, I don't he'll go back to Celta as I think they were just relegated.

In relation to all the bitches taking the piss out of Spursking and his Mido swap suggestion, Mido was linked with Celta in a swap with Nene in January. Much like the Baptista/Reyes deal, the rumour was a loan swap. So don't get on his back for nothing, as it was a legitimate suggestion.

wasnt it said at the time nene wouldnt get a work permit here? unless that has changed and he is now dual natioanality then this is a non-starter.

Not sure about that one mate. I think he's only been in Spain 2 seasons (might be wrong). If that's the case, he won't have dual nationality yet.

The player has been linked to us in January, and there's an article on Sky Sports 2 days ago that mentions us a couple of times in connection with him. It's not the most concrete rumour ever, but it's still fair enough for discussion.

If this thread was made by one of the "in crowd" it would have stayed. Because it was by SK, it's been shunted off. Poor modding.

Nope. Hoowl was right. There's no point in dealing with rehashes of links that aren't even about us. The player is not linked with us at the moment.

Sorry Ray, that's how we've been rolling thus far. And it works. And there's usually someone (not in this case) that has actually spotted the fact there is no link and asked for one. Most of the place is self-modded, we just do the tasks.

So in reference to your in-crowd statement, mate, change the record, because most of the mods love a bit of Spursking. :shake:
