i spoke to them yesterday..

also in the 2 pre-season games every player has had there squad number except Pasc who wore 21 against Tavernas even though he started..clearly shows he is not wanted as we do not have a number 21..players that aren't usually in the squad have worn number 11 (Bostock) as Gilberto wasn't in spain

If true then it's harsh on the likes of Chimbonda and Tainio, having their squad numbers taken off them even before they've left the club.

Ties in with what Roy Keane says about footballers being treated like pieces of meat. When the club is done with you, off you go, whether you like it or not.

We can't complain about Keano and Berba wanting to move on when, on the other hand, we're dumping players en masse once we've decided we can do better.
