I would hope he'd go for the best balance and for me with Parker and Hud at CM he needs to make sure there is some pace supporting adeybyor.

Soem people will point out Bale BUT you need a cf AND one over that can keep up with play so pace on both sides would be best. Townsend is the best like for like.... Walker is fast but not good enough on the ball in advanced areas to be a real option IMO and krancjar is too slow and narrow.

It's not that bizarre he never played that role for us, given he only played what 6 games in our shirt. :wink:

We've only got one natural right winger in Lennon. Townsend and Yago are untested at the highest level and i doubt they will feature much in the PL this season. I am a big fan of VDV and Kranjcar, but putting them on the right wing is ineffective and compromises our play. Walker has got enough pace and technique in his locker to beat his man and must certainly be capable to play that position and offer width to our play.

Hope you're right, he's been dining out on that Inter Milan double header ever since. I know teams double and triple bank him at times but he has everything in his locker and at times he hasn't seemed anywhere near interested enough. An on-song Bale creating chances for Ade and Defoe should bring goals.

Think we'll get the draw tomoro and stop the rot to a point, but i don't fancy the win. Wolves are a decent side and have started well and are good against the top sides at Molineux
