New owners and St James park will be rocking, Bruce's 1,000th game as a Manager, so let's spoil their party!

No wins in the PL so far this season.

Don't think I need to elaborate any further. We know how this ends.
Yes, that was probably enough in isolation but when you add takeover, crazy home crowd, covid, affect of international break on us compared to them .............

Dr. Tottenham will do it's yearly thing and gift a goal to Joelington, need to score at least 2.

Not sure Nuno even has to do a team talk apart from go out and spoil the party. If as a player you can’t get up for this challenge you’ve really got nothing about you. Will be one of the rare occasions the whole country is on our side.

No son, Kane out of form. Where do the goals come from?

You just know we will lose this. We’ve been awful away from home this season. Newcastle will want a party and we will gladly oblige.

I doubt if Sky will be, they love a bit of Spursy. Also, they've lapped up Chelsea and City buying their way to the top.
Be interesting to see their take on it, Newcastle fairy tale, a billion and one Arabian nights?
I wonder how Chelsea West Ham and Arsenal fans would see a Spurs defeat. I think plenty of them would be laughing at us

I can't imagine
why any non-Spurs fan
would not.
Laugh at us or want us to win?
Obviously long term Toon are more of a threat than we are, but many West Ham fans particularly hate and despise us so much, I think some would still enjoy a Spurs defeat
I'll take a wander round some of our rivals forums and see what they make of the result and in game comments

No excuses should be made if we won’t win this game.

There's a fair chance we won't win, because, and I hate to say it - we're bang average technically, we lack pace or threat, we're all over the place in terms of player availability, we're still dodgy in defence, we have no idea what our best XI is and the midfield struggle to impose themselves

Newcastle will be up for this. Honestly, we are no longer the team that we once were. We're a mid table side and away, against a motivated side, there's a vey real risk that we don't get 3 points

I take no pleasure in saying any of the above, but it's what we've become

I think serves everyone’s best interest if Newcastle go down. Apart from the hilarity it will set them back years in their quest.

Don’t get me wrong I fully expect us to put in a typical spursy performance & fail to win for the reasons you mentioned.

Looking at the bigger picture though with our squad & theirs, we ‘should’ no doubt be winning this & that’s where the no excuses for the manager comes into it.

Well for starters we don’t know why we might lose this game, there could well be a valid excuse.

Feels to me like you are looking for reasons to stick the boot in before a ball has even been kicked.

I'm not sure how much I'll judge Nuno for this, unless it's a particular selection in the team that I'd find baffling and taking into consideration the key players missing. That certainly doesn't mean he can't be at fault for anything but whoever is in charge, with the circumstances and Spurs being Spurs, it's a game I'd always expect us to lose.
