At least Poch is not trying to sugar coat that performance with any sort of "its still been a great season" type talk.

He kept it real.
As long as poch is at the club we'll keep on improving. The hope is that he'll have laid the foundations sufficiently going into the new stadium so that the new ground really is the game changer it ought to be. This season (as a whole) is surely evidence that he can do that.

That's the only positive to take from today
The man is a legend. He made it very personal by mentioning families, which means that he felt it a sense of honour that we lost. I have never heard anyone say that. That is class.

Just got back from the shops with my wife (that's how bad it was) and seen the final score. Fucking laughable, that's all I have to say.

But wasn't that down to injuries? I remember Mabbutt and Stevens both got long term injuries plus I'm sure both Mark Bowen and Ian Crook had to play in those last few games
the injuries to two important players to the misdemeanors of two ,our first eleven very good our back up a bit light weight

Are you a staunch communist now then?

Haha no still a Kipper but just different priorities I guess

It was touch and go for a few days after he was born so kinda found there was more important stuff in life than getting worked up over Levy or whatever

well at least we will not have to play them again next season,
i mean for a relegated team to play like that, yes we let them but i am
a lot happier to be a Spurs fan than a Newcastle fan even after that result.

Fuck sake. I was looking forward to posting about how this is the first season I can remember where we haven't been thumped by anyone, and we go ahead and do it on the final day against relegated 10 men newcastle. Fucking embarrassing. I'm so pissed, season ruined.

Based on the comments on this thread, the "Let's laugh at Tottenham " thread on RAWKE Red cafe the Arse and other similar forums from other clubs must be having a field day.

I'm 15 actually. but I do know my apostrophise
You might want to spell-check your last word, but you are right in your other pronouncements. As a 15 year old, you show more understanding than idiots like SargeantMeatCurtains, whose choice of name says all you need to know.

Even Bendtner is getting in on the act, and I've just seen Arteta crying during his send off.

Arteta, Bendtner, Sczcesny and Podolski are all so maligned by their fans, yet they still have some attachment to that club. I don't get it.

I agree

But our 'success' of this season is still not something we can rest on laurels about, those 4 teams will be upgrading massively this summer to make up for this year so we cant stand still, or we are in for a rude awakening next season
Agree mate. And I'm sure we wont. Especially after recent results have exposed just how thin on real quality we are.
Its easy to forget we've got through this season by the seat of our pants with only having 1 striker.
Had Kane received a long term injury after January there'd have been torches and pitchforks calling for Poch and Levys heads and rightly so.
We gambled and won.
Can't keep doing that. Especially in CL.
I keep hearing all these teams are gonna strengthen, Man U, Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Arsenal.
Be interesting to see where these 30 odd world class players that can hit the ground running appear from.
I don't think its that easy personally.

I thank Poch for what he's given us and am happy he is staying,he has won us many games, but when has he ever managed to change a game?
We are the BEST changers from losing positions in the premiereship

Unfortunately we are also the WORST changers from winning positions

My dad always used to slag off Ian Crook when Crook was playing for Norwich City during their golden period....now i know why.

I see why Poch said to Levy that we need to buy as we've seen that the likes of Mason, Son and Carroll are simply not good enough
