I don't believe we can turn into an attacking, possession based side in one summer. We probably need a couple of windows and a manager that would help with that transition. Because of that, I like Amorim more. He's not as defensive as Conte and would fit better with the squad we have right now.

With the right coaching and direction you'll be surprised.
