You’ve cherry picked one year. The combined coefficients are 61.1 for France, 59.9 for the Netherlands and 42.2 for Belgium. The gap between the Netherlands and Belgium is 75% of the one between the Netherlands and Germany in 3rd. So like I said, the French league and Dutch are very comparable. Belgium isn’t

If you think that this UEFA coefficient , based on what a few teams do in Europe, reflects the strenght of their national competition than that is up to you.

I think that if Feyenoord would have played in the Ligue 1 this year the ranking would be like this:

2 RC Lens
3 Ol. Marseille
4 AS Monaco
5 Lille
6 Stade Rennais
7 Lyon
8 Feyenoord
And that is because I really believe that Arne Slot is a good coach otherwise they would be somewhere between place 15 and 20.

No Ajax making the semi final didn’t have a lot to do with it. The Netherlands actually has a higher coefficient than France in 3 of the last 5 years (and all but this year than Belgium). And PSG are 6th in the club rankings, way ahead of Ajax in 13th, so it’s actually the French league that is top heavy. And the fact that France have had extra places so more opportunities to get point strengthens my argument not yours.

The idea that there are 7 teams in France better than Feyenoord is just ludicrous. Of course Slot has improved them which is why we want him, but again the suggestion that with an average manager Feyenoord would naturally be a bottom 5 club in France is also ludicrous. I don’t think coefficients are a perfect measure, but they make a lot more sense than your list which is completely subjective
