Yeah, would be very expensive, if he'd even be willing to leave Lyon in their current status.
Have to admit, I'm finding myself hoping more and more this link holds some truth. We need more defensive resolution and more energetic playmaking in midfield IMO, and this lil dude would seem to check both boxes.

Stats can be deceptive... someone with a low tackle count could be dismissed as weak whereas in reality his team might be in the top 3 and dominate the majority of their games, meaning as a team they wouldn't make as many tackles as a team that is mid table/struggling (Caen).

Entirely true, but as I'm sure you know, with any stat there are degrees of significance, especially with what you're trying to infer from them. If I were trying to say "he's therefore the best tackler in Europe" then I'd be talking shite; but if I say he's a hard worker and adept in the tackle, I think most tackles across all of Europe's top five leagues would certainly reinforce that.
