Really feel optimistic this summer!

So much positive ITK, some great talent beeing linked with us for a cheap price, and even some deals like this one with modric for sahin + loads of cash.

Feel so proud beeing a supporter of such a great run club.

Anyone think that AVB's relationship with Jose could play a part in getting players from Real Madrid? I think that makes the potential of a Modric - Sahin swap more possible.

Similarly AVB being here could be a catalyst for getting Moutinho. A midfield of Sahin, Moutinho, and Sandro would be really awesome. And obviously rotating that with VDV, Hudd, Parker, Livermore, and Sigurdsson.

That would be a nasty midfield 3, I just feel that it would be too good to be true. But I want to believe!

Really want this lad, can replace Modders almost like for like imo. £30 mill + Sahin and spend the rest of the cash on Ade and Damaio and we'll be flying.

I'm not certain, but I'm sure I've heard their relationship is frosty these days.

Those are re-hashed quotes from about 10 days ago. He may not have muchsay in the matter if Senor Perez decides he is surplus to requirements.

Sahin is one of my favourites on FM (not that it matters) but the reason I mention it is because so was Zokora. He ruled my team and I was surprised and exited when he joined Spurs for real. Sahin controls my team today as Zokora did a few FM verions ago.

Sahin is a different class all together in real life and I honestly think he can play the Modric role and play it even better. With Sandro only getting better Sahin could use his offensive skills on a different level then Modric ever did for us.

If not Sahin from Madrid the other possiblities are (I highlighted their Midfielders):

Now we all know the only realistically possible players we can get are Granero, Altinhop, Canales and Diarra and at a stretch Khedira and My preference is with Granero.
