Don't know if we'd have any interest, but looks like he'll be on the move this month.

We have been linked but there have been various reports of him being unprofessional down the years. I would be surprised if we moved for him considering our experience with Ndombele.

He'll end up at Chelsea to reunite with Tuchel.

No way can we afford his wages.

Although intriguing on a potential free, I think we've learnt lessons with due diligence not carried out on players. His attitude leaves little to be desired. Can see him teaming up with Klopp again at Liv.

Could see Arsenal switch to him tbh, if he's available at the right price.

If reports are true that he's asking for nearly £600k pw, then maybe Newcastle are the only club in the world who are rich enough & stupid enough to sign him.
And if that's true he isn't leaving Barca now regardless of what they say.

He is reported to wanting an insane amount of wages, and considers himself one of the worlds best. Yeah, no thanks...

Right up their street. Another player on huge wages who will down tools and cost them a fortune. I’m all for it

Such an ill disciplined not just a player but as a person. When he left Dortmund for Barca, he vacated his house - his house condition was so bad, his German landlord sued him & got 10k Euros from court as fine basically saying, there were so much rubbish allover the apartment, in every room and didnt even had the decency to clean them on vacating. Also had attitude problem in both Dortmund & Barca dressing room

+ Injury record - so NO WAY. Dont want him...

On a sidenote, I remember a ITK from past saying, before he joined Dortmund from Rennes, we wanted to buy him; But apparently we wanted him to come on a trial , Levy asking him to come on his own cost...I dont know if its true...and ofcourse Demebele rejected the "offer"- typical Levy ?

I'd be speaking to Barca about a potential swap deal for him and Ndombele. Maybe a swap loan type arrangement. Could be that both players are just difficult full stop or could be both players need a change of club to get back into the right attitude. There's no downside for either club IMO and possible upside for both.
