If you could land him at £12-14mil I'd think it could fit our budget and he's a hell of a talent (and crazy). However if he were to go to City I'd love to get Dzeko who would probably want out seeing as he's sick of being a bench player there.

20m pounds or euros? Even if it's the latter, way overpriced for me. He's almost 30 and has only managed a couple of very good seasons in his career.

Well he's 27, so not almost 30. But I agree that 20m (be it £ or even €) is over-priced, and I actually rate him quite highly.
