Hence why I said apparently. If the deal was done, knowing what Montpellier have announced I'm sure we would have officially announced it too. It's one thing not announcing a done deal when the other club haven't either, but when they they say a deal has been agreed? If you look at how quick we announced the Sig, Davies and Vorm deals after Swansea did, I'm sure we would have done the same if with this one if it was a done deal.

interesting signing if it happens and from brief highlights he looks good and is a playmaker/defensive midfielder but i have to say i know pretty little about him. Do we have anyone on the forum that has watched much french football and has seen him play.

Maybe they've never dealt with Levy & don't yet realise that instead of 6M they'll be getting nectar points & a 1/2 price stadium tour

Seems a strange signing as we're currently overloaded with cm's as it is, I hope we shift enough to allow this kid game time otherwise it's just a waste of our money and his career, we collect CMS like Chelsea collect ams

We dreamed about MM and MS and got Fazio and Stambouli for cut prices. While teams around us buy Barry, Lukaku, Etoo, di Maria, Alexis, Costa, Fabregas or Balotelli we are in for these guys. Nothing wrong with them, but are they taking us forward? Stambouli was a Swansea target. You say its good to find these players before they are stars. But hey, can we allow to give them enough game time if they are not good enough straight away? We have a huge squad. I am still optimistic cause I trust the Poch but if that it is this window I would be disappointed (Dier, Davies would still be good business).

Agree. Feels a little bit like the Dempsey and Sig signings. Hopefully this time the manager knew what qualities he wanted and feels comfortable with the players we got in
