I can't see us signing yet though especially with a busy summer and Romero still to pay this summer. I think we leave it until next year to make Kulu permanent , maybe Jan but most likely in the summer. We should have the majority of the rebuild done in the next 2 windows so shouldn't need to spend as much then.
Well I guess it depends on our priorities.

If we sign him in the summer it sounds like we would waive the remaining ~6m loan fee for next season AND pay 5m less for the transfer itself, so 11m euros in total. Unless our cash flow is very limited this summer and we need to squeeze out every penny to pay for new signings, it makes way more sense just to sign him on a permanent deal ASAP. When you consider most deals are paid incrementally anyway and it's not like we'd fork up the entire 30m or pay the 50m Romero in one chunk, it does indeed seem like a no brainer to pin him down in the summer.

Given the way Juve set up the deals they really were desperate to get rid of them both. The total fee for both (including add ons and loan fees) would be around 48 million quid. Absolute bargain in today's market.

There's another Swedish player we should get Alexander Isak.

While Kulusevski was under appreciated amongst British football fans I think the opposite is true of Isak. He is a good striker with some pace, a nice ability to run with the ball at his feet and to finish chances. He is a good player but some of the talk around him make him out to be one of the supreme talents of his generation. Not so sure.

I also think playing in Spain suits him.

Both as a Sweden and Tottenham supporter I kind of prefer Isak where is he is.

But it’s strange times to have a Swedish national team with Kulusevski, Isak, Elanga and Zlatan. It still won’t be pretty football mind!

A few days old but haven't seen this posted in here. Love his outlook and how much he's up for the challenge.

If we have already agreed a total fee and we have no risk of the player being recalled then it makes complete sense for us to leave the payment until the final moment as the "real value" of the transfer fee is likely to be lower than what it is today. £30 million today is not the same as £30 million in 18 months

Early days, I know, but I can honestly see him becoming a pivotal player for us; someone we’ll be talking about in seven or eight years as having been one of our best players throughout the past decade. I love that he speaks with the same calm and clarity that he exhibits on the pitch. A few more like him, RB and CR this summer and we’ll be really cooking next season.

I'm an old fashioned **** & my favourite part of all of that, is him referring to the gaffer as "Mr Conte".

Shows the boy understands respect. Seems to be a rare thing in modern day footballers.

Love this kid!

Well done Deki! The only starting forward left on the pitch at the end after extra time. Shows his immense stamina.
