He made some errors but he put in some terrific tackles on Sane towards the end, we were pinned in and he was the one who got the ball out everytime. He fucked up but we were going toe to toe with a team chasing a quadruple with no midfield cover. Deserves credit for seeing it through.

The biggest problem is that with our system the full (wing) backs need to be pacey. Davies is exposed for the same reason. Rose can do it as he is fast enough. But Trippier just isn't quick enough to play as a wing back in a flat back four.

Trippier is not good enough 1v1 he also not react quick enough. We need to upgrade our full backs esp right back

I think it's weird that we have one of the best footballing games of all time, the best result in at least 30 years for spurs and people choose to pick apart one persons performance over getting carried away. I don't understand why people can't just enjoy last night and the next couple of days. This feeling is so rare for spurs.

I literally do all I can to not say anything personal about any particular member, but you're literally arguing with/quoting a moron.

This thread, the ratings thread, it doesn't matter. It's bullshit criticism and negativity from him/her/it.

Can't take any joy from one of the most heroic & memorable moments in the clubs history, would rather look for something to moan about that detracts from what has been achieved.

Agree. Laying into Trippier now is a bit like turning up to a wedding to spout off about how the marriage will never last rather than joining everyone else in having a good time.
