Yes something like that , it then went to CAS so I assume UEFA couldn't produce enough evidence to convince CAS not to overturn the ban. The Juventus ban could go the same way in the end , though as yet UEFA not involved in banning anybody.

Think he'll start all games once Conte considers him ready. Wouldn't be at all surprised if Royal starts vs City, though.

It doesn't really matter how a deal is structured as long as we get it done. The main thing is in Porro we get a first team player. We signed 3 last year (Kulusevski, Bentancur and Perisic) and probably need another 3 in the summer (GK, LCB, CCB). January is a great time to get 1 important player so we have less required in summer. Maybe even just 2 more first team players could still be enough with a couple of squad additions. It's coming together nicely to be fair.

Knowing our recruitment generally tends to be shit i’m drawing hope from Bentancur and Kulusevski that this dude will be decent. Am a bit wary at the minute of players desperate to sign for us. Seems a bit weird seeing we’ve been a bit of a mess both on and off the pitch.

I doubt we look that bad from the outside looking in. I mean we're firmly challenging top 4 and in 2 cups including the CL. I don't think players see us in the same light as some of our fans do (who focus more on the negatives). I'm sure he's looking forward to play under Conte and a far better league. He probably wants to prove himself here after it didn't work out at City too.

If you're a specialist right wing back wanting to play at the business end of the PL, realistically how many starting spots are there? 3 or 4? Not many, as Porro already found out once, and they're all occupied. Of course he wants to come here, even if we can be a shit show.
