saw something on Twitter a few days ago where someone had done some investigating and found one of these 'journalists' to not even be a real person and they'd built up a reliable reputation despite being a fake person.

Not sure if its this person
Saw this a few months back too, think it was Nicolò Schira (the 'journo' whomdoesmt actually exist)

If you were a player would you sign for us right now? I think I'd wait personally
yeah but i can tell you 100k pounds per week why i would lol. At the end of the day money talks. How many times has manchester united brought players in when they've been in disaray for what seems like forever

Would Porro be a Conte-signing, Paratici-signing, Levy-signing or a signing they have all agreed on ? ...

I just don't believe Daniel Levy tells Fabio Paratici to buy a player neither he nor Conte want against their wishes.
No... but apparently they don't see eye to eye at the moment... if the rumours are true. So either they have agreed to continue the planning of transfers together or else I don't get links like Porro... unless he blew Conte away in the CL and he personally asked for him.

Isn't Porro just another Reguilon-type of signing on the right ?

This is what i'm curious around too. If we see a 'Porro to Spurs' story pick up pace is that a sign that Conte is getting his man and being backed?

He certainly appears to be a bit more technically gifted than Reggie.

I'd be happy with Porro whomever was at the helm, of course, as long as they utilised his strengths.

I'd suggest he's most probably the best RWB type we could hope for right now.

Well... that's the issue here... unless we are serious about backing Conte now... because we want him long-term and he wants us... we should be very careful with our january business... we don't need anymore fringe players and misfits.

Porro only makes sense to me if Conte wants him and he is staying.
Porro doesn't strike me as a massive talent. (No brainer signing)

I don't think we'll really really know. Perisic you know was a Conte signing.

Porro for all we know maybe a compromise somewhere between Conte and Levy.

Can't get you Dumfries I'm afraid but can get you Porro who has better potential and resale value. That kind of thing...

He's a talented player, and I'd welcome him regardless of manager. Time to start building a quality team with good options.

And that's our problem... compromises and half-hearted solutions.

We've been there countless times before... if Conte doesn't stay and we get a manager that doesn't rate Porro or doesn't fit him in his tactical plans... you have another player wasted.

Probably, as long as there is a resale value that’s the most important thing to Levy.
