Some of that famous Ndombele defensive acumen was on display for West Hams goal.

Guess who scores this goal?

Didn't watch the game but just saw his goal. He looked gassed fetching the ball back out the net. I guess he naturally looks like he's ran a marathon

I so wanted it to work with us but glad he's gone, he just isn't up to the PL. Conte getting shot of him, GLC and Dele was genius in January.

Still have a (heavily fractured) glimmer of hope, that he’ll turn it around next season … as a Spurs player?

His talent is undeniable.

His talent is undeniable.

His talent is undeniable its just the work rate and mentality, and general body language.

What he does (when hes up for it) isnt dissimilar to bentancour except the latter looks more "up for it".

Create a montage of tanguy looking disinterested/gassed and you have a 10min vid of someone you wouldnt want anywhere near your team.

Hope he fingures it out and comes good but i wouldnt want to have to go through that process in my team when youre not sure it'll ever happen.

true youtube player, but when you see him for a whole game everyone that does not only count passes and flicks understands why he will never fulfill his "talent" Lazy bastard...

Exactly. Hence why he's perfect for "The League of Talents Player Compilations"

I agree. And holy Moses, Bentancur sure looks the part. Smooth, silky and that Uruguayan grinta. A midfield Berba who loves a tackle.

He played well yesterday and hopefully his goal is crucial in knocking west ham out.
Have a feeling he will play well in their home leg too. Maybe we can get 50m for him and GLC as don't see either making it with us.

He's a great talent... but he had his chance. We need players with different mindsets... Bentancur for me anytime. Well... even Eriksen on a free.. hardworking teamplayers with winner / professional attitude ?

I watched him yesterday. I though he had a few moments of quality, interspersed with him not doing the right thing at a pedestrian pace.

This guy will never make it in the prem. ever.

We’ll take a bath on his fee, but we’ve got to get rid

Truly awfull footballer. Off the ball he is one of the worst players around. I get that the players need to adjust to new leagues but you watch Bentancur and Kulusevski and realize that it shouldn't take three years to be able to put in a compotent performance at least. The guy couldn't even be fit enough after three years.
