TOBY ALDERWEIRELD has not yet recovered in time to face Swansea on the weekend.

Tottenham have won just once in all competitions since the Belgian defender suffered a knee injury against West Brom on October 15.

But Danny Rose returns to the side having missed the 2-1 defeat to Chelsea through suspension.

They've tapered and scheduled the sessions for the month. The players probably had 2 days off ( the players did regen/rehab work post game saturday and any other concerns came in on sunday to work with physios) so it would look like

Saturday - Post game Regen
Sunday - Recovery / OFF
Monday - OFF
Tuesday - Light 1st session/Moderate to Intense 2nd session
Wednesday - Moderate 1st session / Intense 2nd session
Thursday - Moderate 1st session / Gym Work
Friday - Light Session/ Tactical Work
Saturday - Game.

He's in full training and completed a double session this week so I think he'll play on Wednesday.
