No dawson today. So a calamiy cb pairing of Zokora and Kaboul. Cant see anything but a win for pompey.

Plus Bent is starting according to Sky. What more does JD have to do? Poor bastard.

any news on the starting line-up yet?

I've got an exam from 3pm-5pm so I'll miss the news of the match so I want to at least know who's starting for us as I'll miss out on the updates of the goals we score and the clean sheet we'll keep (hopefully )

Take his chances as well as Bent?

Defoe was more dangerous in his 15minutes against city than Bent was in his 75 minutes.

I like the look of our midfield today.

It'll be very interesting to see how the CM combo of JJ & the Prince get on against a very effective Pompey unit.

Also, I see O'Hara is on the bench, and the Hud isn't...

I reckon we will score a couple but I fear that will result in a defeat. Hopefully the Prince and Jenas will protect the rookie pairing at the back.

I think starting bent is a good move, because Portsmouth are a physical side and I think Defoe is to lightweight to start (I could be wrong of course)

what chances though?

Defoe: seven shots on target, including a pisspoor penalty, one goal; Bent: six shots on target, three goals. Defoe: 8.3% shot accuracy; Bent: 16.7%. Defoe: 61.4% pass accuracy; Bent: 69.2% pass accuracy.
