I think it was political. Poch tried to get the potential troublemakers inside the tent pissing out. I expect Lloris was briefed/compliant. A noble attempt, if ultimately unsuccessful.

I've noticed that too. Comes across as a guy who knows how good he is, has been frustrated at not getting his chance earlier, and isn't going to take shit from anyone now he's got his big break. Good to see.
