Bizarre what's happening to Leicester. Easily a top ten squad still. Rodgers teams have always had a tendency to be open but its unrecognisable from the side who finished 5th a couple of seasons in a row.

Is it? That defence is appalling, and surely the worst starting keeper in the league.

Theyll score goals, but the rest of them are very average.

Yeah, I suppose it's a massive downgrade on last season and Vardy is a year older.

Still - Barnes, Maddison, Ndidi, Justin, Pereira, Tielemans, Daka all quality players.

Yeah, feels very similar to the end of the Poch era. A lot of their best players have started to regress, pick up long-term injuries, or get sold without adequate replacements. Surprised he's getting as much flak as he is to be honest, a lot has gone against him.
I don’t know they have made a fair few 20-40million signings and many haven’t worked out as he would have hoped.

tielemans -£40million
Perez - £30million
Castagne - £20million
Daka - £30million
Soumare - £20million
Vestergard - £16million

That lot has cost them £150million and only one of them is a success in tielemans and he has fallen off a cliff. I do agree that his circumstances are tough as he called for a refresh last year but circumstances have meant leicester have no money, but judging by his buys, would you trust him to rebuild that squad? Having said that, despite some tough fixtures you would expect more than 1 point after 6 games with the quality at his disposal. The worrying thing about today is they could have shipped 7/8 goals. It is crazy that just 12mths ago we were heavily linked to rodgers and everyone said he would be mad to go to us… now he will struggle to ever get a job at one of the big 6 clubs again.

I think you can go through almost any squad and pick out underperforming big money signings, especially when a manager has been there for a few years. In terms of the signings themselves, a lot of that is down to the recruitment team - Rodgers wasn't exactly the one travelling to Austria every week to watch Patson Daka in the flesh.

Leicester are shockingly poor but this is what happens when it reaches the end of the cycle and shouldn't tar all the good stuff that preceded it. You can look at Poch with us, Klopp at Dortmund, hell even Pep's final season at Barca saw him come under fire for his tactics and team selections. It's just how it goes sometimes.

Rodgers is just getting a bit muddled up this season. Someone tell him it's the last 6 games he usually bottles, not the first six.

2 more games for Leicester before the international break, with Villa (also shit) at the King Power next week. I’m hoping Leicester stick with Rodgers until after we play them but shipping another 5 goals to make it 5 defeats in a row doesn’t look like Rodgers is the sort of thing which makes owners act.

Couple of wins for Utd and can’t see any Glazer Out banners or protests. God us football fans are fickle creatures

Ive not really cared about the whole Antony situation and only seen clips on here etc but I have a feeling he will terrorise them

I must say I cant wait till we finally have a kit like this black arsenal one, I really want us to have a nice black kit that I can buy. Bit sick of the vibrant colours

Got a feeling they won’t win today. Man U can’t defend for shit despite a couple of recent clean sheets. I think they’ll play into the gooners hands.
