It's not called all season all in the name of "letting things flow". Of course it's a foul, but is it really a clear error when refs have been letting those go all season by design?

I'm beginning to wonder if the reason our Refereeing is so poor is because every season they move the fucking goal posts about what is and what isnt a foul, a pen, a handball, an offside and wonder why they make mistakes.
Poor blokes dont know whether they're having a shit, shave or a hair cut.
How about going 2 seasons without any changes? Crazy idea I know.
