I like Puma, would prefer adidas....just got the full trackie last week so this news works for me...

As its only for one more year after this not that fussed. Would prefer us to get Adidas/Nike ASAP though. To be fair though I do really like this seasons Home Shirt (Although the away kits are absolutely gash!)

I'm quite pleased with that, this years home kit is nice and the training jackets are both really nice, so i'll wear them next year too without feeling like they're out of date.

In fact I'd go as far to say as the jacket modelled on the same design as the shirt is the nicest piece of training wear I've ever owned.

I really hate Puma, they have shops out here that don't carry any kits whereas the Adidas and Nike shops carry their stuff.

I don't like their material/design either.

puma extend kit deal

Puma has confirmed a one-year extension to its technical kit partnership with Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur..
The north London club’s contract, which will now run until the 2011/2012 season, will see Puma continue to supply the club with their technical and replica kit and training wear.
Roger Harrison, Puma UK marketing director commented: ‘Our partnership has proven to be very successful in the past. Tottenham Hotspur continues to grow and they continue to be a great fit for the Puma brand. This agreement underlines our strong commitment to expand our position in the global football market.’

SPURS SIGN KIT EXTENSION


German sports brand Puma and Tottenham Hotspur have signed a one year extension to their Technical Kit partnership taking them to the 2011/2012 season.
The contract will see PUMA continue to supply the club with their Technical and Replica Kit and Trainingwear for the next five seasons. Roger Harrison, PUMA UK Marketing Director comments: "Our partnership has proven to be very successful in the past. Tottenham Hotspur continues to grow and they continue to be a great fit for the PUMA brand. This agreement underlines our strong commitment to expand our position in the global football market."
Spurs have already demonstrated their success sporting the famous Puma logo, achieving their a fourth place Premier League finish last term and thus earning themselves a debut season in the Champions League. In pole position to qualify from their group, the Lilywhites have already beaten reigning European champions Inter Milan.
In addition to sponsoring Tottenham Hotspur PUMA also has kit sponsorships with Newcastle United, Cardiff City, Burnley, Coventry City, Dundee, Hibernian, Motherwell, Preston Northend and Stirling Albion.

strange, i thought puma have done some of our finest kit work in recent times (im not that old to know of a time before the prem) the chocolate brown kit and this years home kit being particular highlights

And the black one. Limited edition stuff was a pain though. Missed out on the brown and black kits :-(

I have the brown one with nothing faded or pealing off :dance: but like you Dougal i missed the black one and thats the one i really liked!
