I don't know about any of you but if I was going through a shit spell in my job or my sales support team weren't supporting me I'd be pissed off too!

A couple more games and I'm sure we'll be back to winning ways and charging up the table with Berbs back to his old self.

It is that simple, No player is bigger than the club no mater who it is, we all know Berbatov is world class but who wants a player that doesn't want to play for you, if he wants to go all we can do is get top dollar for him and with that strengthen the rest of the team, it's not as if we don't have 3 other strikers capable of scoring goals is it and don't forget a certain Mr Peckhart knocking on the first team door.

If he wants to leave the club we should not stand in his way, things can only get worse by blocking it or do some people on here want to see another Campbell saga and get nothing for him in few years time.

agreed with you at all, we haven't scoring problems and selling him for £30-35m would be nice for Ramos to make big chances in many positions.

The fact we should looking to sell him, he don't want to stay and that's was clear when he and his agent stated a lot times in summer ''in football, no one no that what will happen tommorow'' but looks like Martin Jol did enough to convice him to stay.

Berbatov can fu*k off to the moon. He can be the greatest player alive, he can be 10 X better than Maradona but i still say fu*k off because his attitude is disgraceful, disrespectful to his teammates, the fans and most importantly the club Tottenham Hotspurs.
fu*k off berbatov, fu*k off

Nothing like a nice balanced, logical, thought-provoking post is there? And this is certainly nothing like a nice bal...

Anyway, what part of Berbatov's behaviour has upset you now?

Is it the fact he's our best player? or the fact he has been the main goalscoring threat (either netting himself or setting others up) again this season, despite being lambasted from all angles for not contributing to the team?

The fact that everyone assumes he will leave, even though he's said nothing to give this impression?

Maybe it's his snakeskin and deer face. That would be more sensible than this kneejerk 'he can fuck off' attitude at the moment.

It amuses me to hear what is said about Berbatovs bodylanguage. If it was ever seriously any criteria over the years the following would have happened.
Cantona would never have been picked, reason:displayed grumpy french demeanour
Gazza never allowed on pitch, reason: constantly appeared to be on speed
Brady never made first team, reason: looked like a sad weedy boy
Gilzean and Bobby Smith continually banned, reason: breath tested before playing, at half time and after the game
Decanio on a lifelong restraining order, reason impersonating a lunatic
Seriously, Berbatov seems genuinely disappointed with the way Spurs play and this was based on his disatisfaction with Jols lack of ambition and courage especially when we haad taken the lead. It is a clean sheet of paper now. Only Spurs fans could talk themselves into dumping their best player because of his demeanour.

Bloody right, steve. Add Christiano Ronaldo or Henry to that list. Likewise Le Tissier, Ginola...oh, the list is endless.

How do you know this? Are you one of the players? Or more likely than not have you just been believing everything that gets printed in the papers?

Wake up to the fact that most of whats in the papers is complete rubbish. If the papers hadn't been reporting this what would be saying? More probably than not: how he is a great striker off-form. Which is true. What you have posted is not. If he leaves I will hold people like you personally responsible, he is one of the best players we have had and you are driving him out of the club.

Ramos saying he would never keep a player at a club against his will is a bit strange seeing as wasn't Dani Alves desperate to leave?

He was, and del Nido said he could go, for £25m+. That was too much even for Chelsea.

But ultimately the manager isn't the one that signs the contracts on behalf of the club is he?

If the club want to keep a player, the player is kept.

let the fucker go. his attitude stinks and he cant give a shit about us

Get rid of him

Well, well, well chaps. Always good to see who you can trust not to turn on you isn't it? :hello:

If the papers are to be believed, we should definitely be looking to get rid of him. No player is bigger blah blah.... What bugs me with Berbatov is how he always lets his agent and family do his talking. If none of this shit was true surely he would come out and deny it?

Wouldn't he just ...

I love that he said that. Or that you heard him say that. And that it actually happened too.

Hehe - I think that's a tad harsh. It just goes to show that people should have a little more faith and not believe everything they read until an official statement has been given. At least the official statement wasn't Levy-esque: "well we kinda support you, if you perform the impossible task with a squad not capable" etc.

However, this does not suddenly make Kemsley not fat. Just for the record.

Begin RANT.....If Berby truely wanted to leave the man would hand in a transfer request and now would be the time to do it as he would have a few months for intrest to come in for him. The truth is he hasn't. Some members/fans on here have the intelligence of a lemming and I hope offence is taken by that. I can just see you all going to work in the morning and picking up the Star, Express, Mirror and sucking all the SH*T they see in like a sponge, your gulable brains otraged at the top quality writing before your eyes. You all believed the following:Defoe wanted a move...... King wanted a move...... Chimbo was a mercinary off to Chelsea...... Bent was unhappy...... and thats just a few. Look at Arsenal, Henry and Viera were touted as leaving constantly YEARS before they actually did.You probably even read your stars and truely believe it all will happen. You all have ordered the extreme weightloss pills and think your going to become BUFF over nite! Berby has been 100% honest with the fans and club from his first day, how many WORLD CLASS (and he is) players would come out and hold his hands up and say he needs to improve. Some of you talk about the board trailing us through the dirt and having no loyalty, maybe you should take a look in the mirror.Rant over........Have a good day.

We need Berbs. Without him last season we'd have finished mid table. FFS how many points do people think he earned for us pretty much on his own. It wasn't as if he was finishing off great team moves. He scored and created so many for himself and made many for others that the alternative (Mido) simply wouldn't have. The board and certain fans seem to think a different coach is the key to our success, when reallity shows a very different stroy. If you want CL football, then you need CL standard players. When Berbs and Leds (our only truly quality players) played together last season we average 2pts per game (76 pro rata), which was easily good enough for 3rd place. The season before when Leds and Carrick (our only truly quality players) played together we averaged 2pts per game, which was easily good enough enough for 4th spot. When pur quality players were fit we didn't just have a points tally better than Arsenal we had a points tally comfortably better than Arsenal. In fact we shit on them. The difference between us was that we only had 1 Leds, so when he was injured we were screwed, whilst Arseanl had Toure and Gallas. When Berbs was out we didn't have a spare genius, whilst Arsenal had both RVP and Henry. It doesn't matter who the coach is, we can't afford to sell our quality players. When both Leds and Berbs are fit we are a top 4 standard team. If only we had kept Carrick as well.

This forum is full of twats, ****s and Berbs haters.

My reply will probably get deleted, but anyway... Because his form is down and suddenly half of the twats want to sell him. Name me 3 players that are playing better this season then they were last season - you can't. The team is underperforming and so is Berbs. His body language? It was much worse last year but you didn't mind it back then as he was scoring. Now he is in crisis and you tell him to go fuck himself and to pack his bags?

He is the only world class players we have and the fickle twats want him out. I don't count Ledders as world class player as he can hardly play half a dozen games a season.

That's all.
