18 points from a losing position

Still 3 points ahead of Arsenal

Two points behind Leicester

I personally was content with draw before this match

Both of our Full backs did well but my MOTM was Rose

1 - Christian Eriksen. Absolutely diabolical performance.

5 - Harry Kane. Great goal, but shocking first half, and going for ridiculous vollies in the rain is stupid and wasteful.

1 - Dier. Putrid, should've gone off.

9 - Wimmer. Best on ground pretty easily.

Hard to say. Dembele or Lamela? Maybe Kane for changing the game when he got Couqelin a second yellow. And he scored a goal. Lloris cost us the game. He should do better on their second goal. It's just not good enough.

Lloris 5 - No hope for the first. Should have saved the second.

Walker 6 - Defensively fine but bad going forward.
Wimmer 7 - Great tackle at the end.
Toby 7 - Bonus for the goal. Made a poor decision to go back on the line instead of marking Ramsey.
Rose 7 - Seemed a bit deep for the second but he might have been injured. Fine otherwise.

Dier 4 - Didn't offer anything offensively and was lucky not to be sent off.
Dembele 7 - Wins the ball back so well and rarely loses it.

Lamela 6 - Won the ball back a fair bit. Lost it a whole lot more.
Eriksen 5 - Poorest game in a while. End product was terrible.
Alli 6 - Done great for the second. Tried to often to do the spectacular instead of keeping it easy.

Kane 6 - Great goal and played a big part in us getting back by getting the red card.

Mason 4 - Another game where we lose the midfield battle when he's on the pitch. This time against 10 men. Would much rather Carroll played instead of him.
Son 5 - Offered nothing
Davies 6 - Alright.

I thought we were poor today.

Pressure obviously playing its part now.

It's new territory for them having to maintain it up right near the top and it's taking its toll.

Gonna be a real test of character, the next few games.

Have they got what it takes....

If I was Poch I would keep getting them to focus on each game towards CL qualification.

Frown on any title talk at all.

Hope it's pressure not fatigue.

I would send a heavily rotated team out to Dortmund away.

Don't think it's even a poll re MOTM.

Lamela (MOTM) and Rose were fantastic.

Dier was poor (especially after the red card). Lloris was poor. Mason is useless against big teams, leaves us wide open in midfield every time. Son was poor.

Alli and Eriksen were invisible, particularly Eriksen who went right back to his August-January form after a good last month or so. Had he stepped up and played like he did in February and controlled the game we would have seen it out - unfortunately he played like a scared 6 year old all game. Not sure his character fits this team and Poch's long term plan.

The others were all decent to good depending on the stage of the game.

Need to be winning that game up 2-1 and up a man but Arsenal were the better team - big problem.

With the stretch of games just gone there's bound to be some fatigue. I mean, the scum didn't look too fresh tbf.

I would be looking to give Dier, Kane and Alli a rest against villa and only use Kane/Dier from the bench if absolutely necessary.

In all honesty we are a decent team but we lack the required quality to be a title winning team.
The subs today illustrated that in a game where we needed to shut down or put it to bed they fell well short of what is needed.

Lloris 6 A decent save from Sanchez FK, should have done better with 2nd goal.

Walker 6 Why he doesnt attack the space I dont know
Alderwiereld 6 Good goal
Wimmer 6 Some good blocks
Rose 7 Decent game

Dier 5 Poor display, similar to the West Ham game
Dembele 6 Didnt impose himself enough

Lamela 7 decent game
Eriksen 4 That was woeful, maybe needs a rest
Alli 6 Better second half

Kane 7 Great goal

pretty much spot on, very disappointing, but i'm not particularly upset with the lads. Just felt it was really too bad that we couldn't slow the game down and keep possession before the arsenal equiliser. hopefully it's a learning point for this young side, who put in a lot of grit and determination, just lacked quality on too many occasions and it costed us.

Toby - 7
Rose - 7

Dier - 5 - not good

Lamela - 8 - very good, shame he was booked.
Eriksen - 6

Son - 2 - terrible
Mason - 5
Davies - 6

Arsenal looked the far better side today. Much more dangerous in attack, even with 10 men. We "dominated" possession but were dogshit in the final 3rd. No final ball whatsoever. Had momentum after cockliner was sent off and we scored 2 quick goals but Poch then gave it right back to them by taking Lamela off so quickly after and they never let go of it. Didnt have a chance in hell after that. Lamela and Dembele by far our 2 best players.

Eriksen was absolute dogshit today both in attack and on defense. Completely useless. Wimmer was decent enough in the immediate aftermath of Verts getting hurt but it has been a slow and steady decline since and was pretty dire today. Rose and Walker, please for the love of all that is holy, learn to fucking cross a fucking ball, ffs. Kane had an amazing goal but wasnt good on the whole today at all. Wayyy too greedy.

Derbies are always edgy affairs. Not losing was crucial- they stay 3 points behind us and aside from the West Ham game, we've been the more consistent team. They'll fuck up a few more times- we just need to build momentum over the next two league games and take care of our own business. More teams will sit deeper against Leicester and they'll have to adapt to that- the time it takes them to adapt might well mean them dropping points. It's all to play for, boys and girls

Poch - Poor tactical substitutions. Swapping Lamela for Mason affected the midfield which we had dominated until that point.
