Worst managerial performance I've seen for a long time. He got everything wrong today.

Starting lineup was all wrong, the changes considering we have league cup game for rotation were all wrong.

The switching of Trippier to LWB and Sissoko to RWB was ridiculous.

Putting Aurier on for Sissoko when it wasn't working anyway.

Leaving Davies on bench when Trippier on left was utterly pointless.

Playing 3 at back and continuing with it even when they took off their only pacey outlet in Abraham.

He put Llorente on who feeds off crosses and had our best full back crosser in a position where he couldn't deliver crosses.

He took off Son when we're needing a goal.

Left Dembele on the bench when we needed drive from middle.

Did he even remember he had another sub? Rarely see a team chasing a win not using all their subs.

I love Poch and he's easily best manager I've seen here, but he's got loads to learn. His subs are very very often awful, he doesn't react particularly well during games tactically. He's not the messiah yet or a top drawer manager yet, today he lost us this game.

He needs to be harder on Alli when he's offering fuck all- Alli should have gone long before Son

All on Poch this one. Team selection all wrong, substitutions slow and wrong. Would love to know if we ever make a sub first when not enforced by injury/sending off.

I still don't believe in the Wembley hoodoo, but the longer we go without winning at home the harder it will be. Today's game should have been full strength, full throttle, smash them to pieces. Instead it was one paced and insipid.

I love Poch but he got his team selection/tactics wrong - wish he'd spot this own up to it during a game. Big fat zero today.

Lloris - kicking is an issue as always, can't remember him having to make a save 6

Sanchez - few dodgy moments but he is raw. 6

Toby/Verts both practically played midfield in second half but lcked composure 7

Trippier - could be injured, but going backwards in my opinion 6

Son - actually did okay even at lwb should have stayed on instead of Alli 7

Dier - run of the mill. 6

Sissoko - do think he's getting better with each game, but lacks composure when provided with a chance. 7

Eriksen - but casual in first half but ran 2nd half just lacked his usual excellence 7

Alli - really poor, no touch, snarly maybe believing his own hype. Should be benched in my opinion he won't be though. 4

Kane - worked hard as ever unlucky with free kick and hitting the bar 7

Hard to pick motm, probably Verts for me.

Who said Dean was a Spurs fan???

Yeah that was complete shite. From Poch and the players.

Could just about understand bringing in Trippier and Sissoko, but shoe horning Son into the team at the expense of Davies was just wrong, and showing a lack of respect to Swansea.

As has been said, why do we need 3 CB's in a game where the opposition have no intention of attacking?

As for putting Trippier at left back I have no idea what he's thinking.

There is also fuck all point buying Llorente if we don't play to his strengths.

Players don't get a free pass either. Sloppy, slow tippy tappy, no risk football and in the very few chances created they couldn't hit a barn door.

Today is on Poch 100%

Poor starting 11
Terrible Subs at wrong times
terrible tactics - 6 defensive players at one time on the pitch

No pace, yet 3 defenders on the bench and now he says Davies was injured so why didn't we have GKN on bench for example who was back in training on Friday

Sorry but Poch is a big 0 today and I am very disappointed in his press conf after the game too..... not accepting of the performance or his errors and to then say "maybe it is Wembley that is the problem, but we have to play here now and we cant change that"

Yeah that is motivational - Poch big failure today!

Lloris - 5 - Awful Kicking again
Tripper - 5 - too many cut backs, played too deep when there was literally no-one to defend against.
Toby - 6 - too many long shots
Sanchez - 6 - finding he's not going to be as physically dominant in his new League
Verts - 6 - too many long shots, poor crossing
Son - 8 - Best attacking threat - can't believe he was subbed again
Dier - 5 - Jamie Redknapp esque
Sissoko - 6 - usual scared little boy
Eriksen - 7- tried his best, very little to aim at movement wise
Alli - 1 - Needs dropping for a bit and remember what his game is all about - should have been subbed instead of Son.
Kane - 7 - Fed on scraps - needs more from the midfield and wing backs.

Aurier - 9 MOM - So positive when he has the ball, always wants to attack, always wants to put his defender on the back foot - he'd get a 10 if his crossing was that little bit better.
Llorente - NET

We really needed a league win at Wembley and this was our chance.
I'm not sure why we're resting some of our best 11 ?

Thought it was a good tactical knowledge to know how to snag a point today. We went for that all-important draw, and nailed it.

Many players really stood out today, too. I have a lot to say about several of them.

Trippier the Walker upgrade. Him at left back is a slap in the face to KWP, who can actually play there.

Nothing to do with the stadium, this was 100% Poch, but I won't hold it against him obviously.

Utterly sick of wankers sitting with 9 men on the edge of their box, but obviously it gets them a point they'd never normally get. 3 pens they got away with too. Mike Dean desperately trying to prove he's not a Spurs fan. Fuck travelling all the way from Wales to be served up that tripe.

Last 20mins of the game was worst part for me. Brought Llorente on but how many crosses did we actually attempt for him to challenge for. Swansea weren't breaking on us why the hell weren't we pressed right up with full back as wide forwards firing in crosses. Why did Poch leave Sanchez on when Abraham came off, Bony can barely move we didn't need a third CB covering. Get Davies on left or Dembele or Winks on in middle, do something.

All we were doing is the same plodding in middle, side to side or trying to get Eriksen on edge of box to do trademark dinked cross or Toby/Vert floating long passes - none of which was working.
