You could tell Sanchez genuinely loved the challenge of scrapping with Ronaldo and Benzema. That attitude will take you a long way in football.

And he never looks tired, for someone who didn't start a full preseason with Pochettino he is in fantastic shape.

I totally agree. He's exactly the player we need - get rid of Henderson, Winks can run with the ball, track players, pass well. Great player. I wasn't sure he had the composure at the top level, but it doesn't get more challenging than playing Real at the Bernabeu!

This is when you'd like a pacy, dribbling forward to run at their defence when we catch them on the break. A serious tactical option that would have given us and a mistake not signing a player like that.

I watched the game on local Croatian television and he got lot of praise from commentator, especially for his defensive work. Finally looks like a player who started for French NT (and did well there).

I loved when, at the end, Ronaldo got the ball outside the box next to Sanchez, and decided to pass instead of taking him on. No way even Ronaldo could muscle his way through him!

All those fans laughing at Sissoko, saying they could do better. I'm so impressed by how he has applied himself this season, to go away to Real Madrid and be one of the best performers alongside Hugo and Toby today is a real testament to him and Poch.

So proud of this team, under strength, injuries, such a mature performance and the draw was completely fair. Shame Eriksen really wasn't at the races today.

Think how that felt for Winks, coming through the youth to play at one of the most historic famous stadiums, speak volumes for us.

Can't believe how mature that performance was and how far we have come.
