We aren`t winning football matches and we conceed far to many goals far too easily. Teams have been relegated for far less.

I had the same feeling last season after the first few months but part of me then new we would turn it around, this time though I don't have that feeling, I can only see it getting worse, we clearly have a manager who know's he's on his way out and a bunch of players who don't deserve to even be wearing the shirt, just put the kids from the reserves and acadamy out on the pitch, they'll show more passion and fight.

we were fucking awful tonight. dawson, zokora, bent and jenas should be embarassed by their display.
the scary thing is everybody strenthened in the summer and there are no easy games.
10 games, 1 win against the mighty derby is not good enough

I just look around our squad and don't see any leaders. No one to grab the rest by the scruff of the neck and drive them forward. We're so soft. We let goals in from any situation. 2 in one game, 3 in the next, 4 in the following, etc etc. It's depressing and I have a sinking feeling about this bunch.

Hopefully Ledders will be the catalyst.

To be honest most of the team need a good kick up the arse and I seriousley don't think Jol is the man to do it anymore, I love Martin Jol for the man that he is but for the good of the club and it's premiership future, he has to go tomorrow, no if's and butt's we need to move on and get the man Mourinho.
