I've actually moved our Sunday roast to today.

Not sure what we'll be eating tomorrow....I guess whatever goes well with the sweet taste of victory.

Good man. I have booked tomorrow off work. The missus is going out tonight and I have told her that if she isn't back by 2pm tomorrow, the kids are going in the bin.

I'm sorry but that is ridiculous! There isn't anything I wouldn't skip to watch the game and if the missus tried to get in the way of that she would be on the scrap heap.

You go for lunch every Sunday, Spurs play in a Cup Final about once a decade! I'd be amazed at any partner who wouldn't get that.

This makes little sense though, as it doesn't kick off until 4pm (at which point we'd be leaving).

The issue is that I need to travel back on work and daren't leave it until after the match has ended - which could be 6 or later - as it would mean I'd get in perhaps near 10/11pm.

That team from seven years ago had more pace in it than we have now, at times we are ponderous and ploddy compared with then.

But if you leave at 12 you don't have miss the football.

Vegas. Up at 6am, pub by 7am, watched us win, courthouse for wedding licence, wedding chapel to book service, suit etc. Limo back to wedding chapel at 6pm, got married, Limo to Ballagio for dinner and champagne at fantastic Sensei restaurant. Not a bad day at all.
Going to Wembley this time, hope at least the footie matches up!

It was my sons christening which we luckily had in a pub function room with a tv!! Resulted in what is to this day is my favourite photos of my daughter (2 years old at the time) and I both cheering like lunatics with her on my shoulders, don't think she had a clue what was going on but she is a WHL regular now :woot:

Watched it in the pub with my Dad. One of my favourite memories of us together.

I was there. Managed to get corporate (*washes hands of prawn sandwich stench*) and took me dad. Had to wear suits, which was awkward when celebrating, but we managed, hehe. He also got to have a nice lunch sat near Jon Motson, he liked that.

If you consider that amateurish, B, then I'd love to see your examples of professional work.

What is the music as well: thought it brilliant.

Thanks mate, very kind.

The music is UNKLE's remix of Moby's God Moving Over The Face Of The Waters, with the voiceover from The Thin Red Line.

I was watching it at home, we were eating our sunday roast during the second half. I remember thinking that we should not score then because my dinner would have gone flying across the room. One of the only times we've been allowed to eat a sunday roast in front of the TV

Just look at that squad...there are really people out there who don't think ENIC have improved us.
